Well, darn. I love the live version of "I Want You to Want Me" so much, I would put it at #1 on my list...BUT, that version isn't "1977", it's 1979. It would feel like voting for Stairway to Heaven as the greatest hit of the 80's. So I'll leave my vote as-is.
