[Classic_Rock_Forever] Re: Fw: Day in Rock Report

Just a guess, but I believe metallica fans wanting to hear a metallica sound (some kind of monster..for who the bell tolls...) but instead got more of a lou reed sound (sweet jane).

While I like both lou reed and metallica, I can see pure metal heads wanting nothing to do with reed. (just not heavy enough).

This one may have been a nice thought but because of the extreme difference in styles just doent work as hoped.

Only a guess.
