I know that Green Day is located in the Punk section. The kids introduced me
to them. I liked them well enough, until we saw them in concert, that
knocked me out. That is one damn tight group on stage. I really couldn't
find a weak spot within the group.
I always look at each member on stage, with any concert, but their drummer,
Tres, bore more than passing attention. Great thumpy style.
We don't have all the albums, but enough for me to know they are well
worthy.

I haven't listened much to Devo since the first album of theirs, I should
give the new one a chance.

Clint,

Well said. I always thought the same about the difference in the two bands.

Never did like iggy all that much but respect his achivements.

I would have to say my favorite punk rockers would have to be devo (new
album is good if you like devo) and greenday. That is if they are concidered
punkers.
