I wouldnt say Little Feat is one of my favorites, and I've been playing gigs since 1978. I've played Willin at least a thousand times, the chorus is fun to do if you can get a triple harmony going, and I've played Dixie Chicken a whole bunch too. Favorite band? Not by a long shot. Not a fave by anybody I work with either.

Now if you polled working stiffs back in 1979 or so when their live album Waiting for Columbus was so popular, perhaps more people might say "one of my favorites"

If you asked this question of any band of musicians listed here they would probably put little feat at or near the top of their favorite band list, But that's only if they ever heard Little Feat. Some haven't I'm sure.  Pretty Things are also worth hearing if you haven't yet. Almost no one knows about them. I guess thats because they never sold out and did their own thing..

I haven't heard a note from it yet. I have read a couple of reviews and
it seems to be dubbed a winner. The package that I'm looking at is the
double disc, with the entire album done instrumentally on the 2nd disc.

So far, I've only played the latest disk on youtube but I might well
buy it. Fave song for now is Last Ride of the Day but it seems to have
been pulled from youtube yesterday.
