Yes, December 3rd, 1971, Frank Zappa and the Mothers were playing the best place in town, the Montreux Casino, when some stupid with a flare gun burned the place to the ground.
..and a group af musicians were given the inspiration for a classic song with a riff every young guitarist wanted to learn.
We looked at Deeep Purple's "Made in Japan" live album and the story how we almost never got to hear it!
