South African Concert Promoter Reaches Out Over Missing Tickets

With less than two weeks to go until U2 plays in Johannesburg, it seems that some/all fans who bought pre-sale tickets via U2.com are still waiting to get their tickets. Big Concerts, the local promoter in South Africa, has reached out to fans via Facebook with this message:

"We know that many of you are concerned about the eTix delivery of tickets purchased via u2.com. And although we don't have specific details just yet, we're confident that we will get feedback from the eTix office shortly. Rest assured that we're doing our very best to get answers for you."
