Ian Gillan was Jesus on the original album. The movie version and soundtrack had Ted Neely in the role.
Barry Dennen was Pilate in both the original album and the movie.
Other than that there have been many folks appearing in all the roles. Heck, I have a version that has Alice Cooper in the role of King Herod.
