Thanks for posting your video, Greg. Both the sounds and the fact that
wind harps are activated by non-human forces have an enduring appeal.

I wondered about the practicalities for permanent installations. Do the
wind harps need to be tuned on a regular basis, and if so does that
create a challenge in terms of the the installation's permanence, e.g.,
would a specially trained city employee needs to come by to tune them
each week?

That concern may be on the review committee's mind.
