[Classic_Rock_Forever] Rock n Roll Super Agent Geoffrey Blumenauer passed away 11/24/11


Agent to the stars Walter Geoffrey Blumenauer passed away on Nov 24 2011. It is believed, he had no living relatives. LA County Coroners office are in the process  of getting him a military funeral as he was an honorably discharged Viet Nam Era Veteran. He was Michael Nesmith's agent as well as Eric Burdon and many others. His first day on the job as a dj on DC WHFS was the day Elvis of death came over the news wire.was also a writer and music journalist before moving to caribou ranch for 5 years and the to LA. Geoff had Eric Burdons double decker bus turned into offices which he parked and ran his business from in Beverly hills. GBA1 was the vanity tag on the bus. Bus andTag can be seen in Eric Burdons A&E documentary with Sammy Hagar. That tag was hanging on the front door inside Geoffs apartment in Burbank Ca. when I went there in 05. He collected everything including answering machine tapes with stars conversations with him. Eddie Money, J Geils, EB etc etc etc...
