There were a lot of issues in Anaheim, but because there were two separate lines I think in some cases not everyone got the brunt of them.

From where I was (Adam's line, in the front) they didn't know when to let people in so there was a lot of stop-start-stop that left people confused and crushed against various barriers. They didn't want to condense the line so people went in ten across. There weren't enough stairs open for people to get down safely. I saw people who weren't running being grabbed and thrown against a wall by security (who were cursing at them all the while) and that sort of thing. It was a mess. (Plus the RedZone was let in too early and they overcompensated for messing up the day before by letting in Edge's gate ahead of time).
