I think there were a couple of guides to the line that got posted pretty regularly (I know the @u2 one did), but the best way to get up to the minute info was by going to Twitter and searching #u2360ANA (where the last three letters were the name of the city in question). It was the convention that was settled on pretty early on (and is indeed one I've seen used with other bands - REM comes to mind) and carried through the entire tour as far as I know. Of course the hashtag will be different next tour, but the major fansites should post info of where/how to look. Once you've got that down, you can just refresh and check the info as it comes!
