I've never done GA but now that I know that there is an organized system in place, my concerns about allowing my kids to do it are alleviated. I might even do it myself. I just think that people weren't aware that there WERE standardized procedures to the GA process. I didn't know! I think that's pretty much been cleared up and there is a greater understanding of what the process is so we all know next time.
In all honesty, those procedures are something we should be covering on this board when there is a tour, so we all know. I use U2.com occasionally but other than that, this is the only other place I get information and I can't think of a better place for us to disciminate information. Most of the stuff I learn just comes from something that one of you "regulars" posts. This is an invaluable forum but those of you who know what's going on can make it even better for the rest of us by sharing your knowledge and/or thoughts. It really helps to read your insights and about your experiences.
