My guess for Pitt is the lady was wrong on "Gate 5" and it is Gate 6. This is the streetview pic of the only gate on the north side. Note the sign. It says "receiving hours 7am - 4pm". This leads to the players tunnel to the field from the locker-rooms.

So my guess is a staffer inserts the hours the gate is open into a U2 email. Good help is hard to find I guess. :)

Anyway, the sidewalk for the line as some grass on both sides and some shade from those trees so that's good. Who knows how old that shot is so the trees might be bigger now if the pic is a few years old. :)

Anyway, some Pitt info. I hope the GA works out in Minny for you guys.

Greetings U2 Fans!

We are making final preparations for the July 26th U2 360° Concert at Heinz Field! For fans who purchased general admission field tickets, we have designated a special entrance gate to make your visit to the building quick and convenient. All patrons with field tickets MUST be at the entrance by 4:00 pm on the 26th as this will be the only gate where general admission tickets will be accepted. This entrance is located on the north end of the building (the closed side furthest away from the river) on Reedsdale Street. It will provide easy, hassle-free access to the field as well as access to concessions, merchandise, and restrooms not available to the rest of the building.

We have included a map for your convenience. Thank you and we hope you enjoy U2!
