I agree Jennifer, well said! I don't understand the purpose behind saying what he said. It would have been quite sufficient to ask about the camera and then to say, "Nice job" about the photos.

Ayaz is a great photographer not because of his equipment but because of his eye and his understanding of exposure. As a professional photographer, understand that it's upsetting to hear that it's all about the equipment: It's like hearing that Emeril Lagasse is a great chef because he uses high quality pots and pans and knives and the best ingredients.

Did these photos come from a Mark II? They are good so please understand my
perception. I am NOT down playing them, however....I attended numerous shows
on this tour and took thousand of shots with a G9 (ultimately a powershot
camera). I have the utmost respect for photos taken with such equipment. If
one uses a powered camera, hell, they had better be good (which these were).
Mine are not posted here, and I am merely an amateur photographer. I just
had to throw that out there. Congrats to you who took these. Nick
