I AGREE!
They have a few 'insert song' sections, but there should be more, definitely. They should not worry so much about the lack of a loud response, but it must be unnerving, and because Bono feeds off the crowd, it probably affects his energy on stage. Like he says himself: he is not as sure of himself as we all think!!
We would feel the same I think if we played a song and no response from the crowd!!
