I'm sorry for those people, they should come to reality that if you get
there late, you cannot just join the line with your buddies...

I would disagree here. Some people can't take off a full day and be there
all day so they come later.
It's not a big deal if it's one or two people catching up with a group

has been there all day. Again, a big group is a diff story.
