For anyone going to the Denver show, you might bring some rain gear and
warmer clothing.weather is not looking the best.
Also, if anyone wants to tailgate before the show, let me know.was thinking

What kind of food do you like?
The following suggestions are all exceptionally good:
Vegetarian:--- Lola Rosa (In McGill student ghetto East of University)- 545
Rue Milton
Vegan (REALLY YUMMY!!): Aux Vivres-- 4631 St. Laurent Blvd
Ethiopean (beautiful place and really delicious); Le Nil Bleu-- 3706 Rue St.
Denis
Japanese: Mikasa on Peel Street (we really like it, but I have only had the
vegetarian stuff!!)
Thai: Bangkok 2 on Ste Catherine's West (really yummy)
Vegetarian Thai: Chu Chai --4092 Rue St. Denis.
Rue St Denis and St Laurent have a lot of good restaurants (Italian, more
Thai)
Brunch: Eggspectations (on Rue Maisonneuve and Ste Catherine's)
A REALLY FUN BAR on St Laurent: Gogo's (we had a blast in 2005: the place
was FULL of U2 fans!!)
If you like micro-brewery beer: Brewtopia on Crescent Street
Shopping:
-Along sainte Catherine's Street West of University Avenue has all the usual
franchise stores (GAP, MEXX, Banana Republic), plus a few smaller malls, and
a really great department store called 'Simons' on Ste Catherine's--clothing
(really good prices and lots of choice-I find it a bit overwhelming)
-Rue Saint Denis has more independent fashion stores, but they tend to be
more expensive.
Okay here is a start!

PS I doubt that there is much good stuff near the Hippodrome......
