Good to hear from you Gary : )

That was mother nature throwing some miserable stuff at you folks, glad to
know all is back to normal now.

Interesting to have the radio as the prime source of distraction. Reminds me
of when I was a kid and off on camping trips with cubs or the school.

The radio had serious influence on the music I ended up following.

Subject: [Classic_Rock_Forever] Alabama Tornados

Back online after the tornados that destroyed parts of Alabama. I was
without internet access for 10 days and without electricity and phone
service for 11 days because of the tornados. I got my electricity back
on last night. Luckily I had a battery operated radio and plenty of
batteries. These past days I have listened to radio more than I have in
a long long time. Besides the problems of trying to cope with no
electricity, it was kind of enjoyable. The music helped out alot.
Scanning the dial trying to find the music I wanted to hear. It sort of
took me back to my youth. Yes it was fun some of the time, I don't want
to do it again any time soon. Grins.....

Gary
