Alexander D Great - the reigning UK Calypso
Monarch and WOM@TT Best of British Award 2010 winner brings you a brilliant
steer on topical matters, great musicianship,'overproof' lyrics and irresistible
dance tracks. He's joined by Junior Monarch 2009 Kiki B with incisive lyrics,
The marvellous Soca Divettes, Carnival original G String and Vee Vee
- Junior Monarch 2010 all backed by the Great Band. The secret of Calypso -
with soca infusions - is that whatever the topic, there's
always humour and fun - and dancing!
Newcomers and regulars alike always say how
friendly and welcoming WOM @TT events are with great music and a brilliant
venue. It's easy to get to The Tabernacle with buses including 7, 15,23,27,28,
32, 52, 295. 328 & 452 & Ladbroke Grove & Westbourne Park
tubes. Parking is derestricted on Saturday evenings; however always avoid
residents' bays!
