That is such a shame! It was confusing this past year because of the fact that you could renew earlier to be eligible for pre-sales for 2010(now 2011) leg. However, since U2 likely will not tour for several years, the way things have been, I think that after 4 years you would be a 'Horizon' member anyway. I have been a member forever (including Propaganda pre-website), and i know that people with memberships more than 2 or 3 years(maybe even less) were given Horizon priority (the highest) with pre-sales.
So, I think that it may not matter.
Can anyone verify this?
