New Concerts, New 1980 Tour Added to U2tours.com

Did you know that U2 did a tour of Ireland in 1980 that they called the "Tour de France"? True story! One of the shows was in Cavan, Ireland, where this ad (see image at link below) had a funny mistake on who's who in U2.

We've been busy this weekend doing some work over on U2tours.com, and that 1980 Irish tour is one of the many things we added to the concert database. In all, we added 16 new concerts from the 1978-1980 period. We also updated a bunch of other concerts with new information. And there's more to come as the U2tours.com gang continues to dig into U2's touring history.
