Hi, Mike,

In 1977 I went to see Fleetwood Mack in concert and they were quite good. I went with some people from Orange County Braille Institute.

Speaking of Van Halen, I like some of their songs byt not well enough to buy an album.

I agree after the plane crash even thou they have tried to reform and play some concerts, Lynryd Skynryd is just not the same for me, but when one of their many hits come up on my ipod I never click past it and it always make me smile and sing along with it.

As I was typing this Robert Plant and Zep came to mind, and yes I would have love to seen them some things are best left alone.

Its interesting Rosemarie brought up Van Halen. I really love listening to them both with David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar. Got real excited to hear they are in studio again with Roth till I read last months rolling stones mag article surviving Van Halen by Sammy Hagar.
I just have to shake my head at what they have become.

Guess that one concert I wont be attending even for free. What a pitty because I would put Eddie in the top 10 guitar players of all time but life takes it toll.

Mike

I'm not too much into groups like Van Halen and Metallica. One of my favorite classic rock groups of the 70's was Lynyrd Skynyrd. They had a lot of great message songs as did the groups of the 60's.
