That's my understanding as well (confirmed by a U2.com mod on Twitter last
night). Rules for presales codes for Moncton are no different than for any other
360 North American show. Only difference I know of is that all groups (Breathe,
Boots, Horizon, etc.) all have the same presales period - now until Friday. Good

That's not how I read the email. It says you can participate if you have a
qualifying presale code. Also it sales if you have a partially used code, that's
fine but if you have already bought your allotted 4 tickets then that's all you
get.

Sounds to me like, if you have used up your code you will have to renew to get
another one.
