No need to hammer Karl for his view. Not all fans like the same mix of songs
at a concert.
I like a mix of old and new and think a tour really should be a combo of
greatest hits, new stuff and a few rarities here and there.
To be honest I think U2 falls short a lot on mixing up the setlist. But that
is just my opinion.
Seeing a song like Scarlet in the list over songs like Gloria, Bad, In God's
Country, etc. seems really strange to me.
I have been going to shows since 1987 and not a single time did I ever hear
a fan say they were bummed b/c "Scarlet" was not played.
