Music: RE: [u2tour] :1st Brisbane Show-Starts earlier and poor seating

For what it is worth - I wasn't entirely sure, I rang Suncorp Stadium the
day before and they told me he would be on at 6.30.

I did the same with Etihad Stadium. It sometimes pays to ring the place
the concert is at before hand.

Where were you located in Suncorp Stadium? I was in Section 325, which
wasn't the closest but not the furthest. Even from up the back where the
toilets and food area is, I think you could have seen it quite well.

Although a great band, VERY disappointed that JayZee started well before the

7.30pm schedule. We arrived at 7.20 and his set was nearly over. Not that we
are
into him that much, BUT, would have watched his act.
We paid for A Reserve seats 4 x $255 each, as we took our teenage kids, and
crap
seats, lots of people in the same area complained and actually left and went
and
stood down in the GA area.
So didn't get the giant "crab"?? Just hindered more views from seats. We
seriously thought that being 360, everyone would have a great view, but no,
very
disappointed.

As Bono himself said last night "Thank you for allowing us to put on this
great
stage" which relates to our family paying $1000 AUD, for very limited and
seats
so far back in the stadium we were shocked!
