Did you ever see the original vinyl double-gatefold album, complete with newspaper? That was a very elaborate package.
Anderson gave quite a few interviews over time about it, sometimes he said it was loosely based on a series of events he read about in the british press, and sometimes he seemed annoyed with it and said he made it all up to slag the british press.
