[Classic_Rock_Forever] The Who "Who By Numbers' Cool Album of the Day

 

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I featured The Who, Who by Numbers as the Cool Album of the Day.

Usually I just pick something out, look for a birthday, whatever. Tie it in somehow.

That's what I did today. I chose Who By Numbers today because on December 5th, 1975 I saw my first concert. The Who at the Chicago Stadium on the Who by Numbers tour.

I still can remember it quite clearly. You don't forget Keith Moon! I can still see Daltrey swinging his mic and Townshend doing the windmills and the leaps.

Check out the write up I did on the album. It was able to find the actual set list from that show! I also found some great pictures of the stage set.

I put a ton of live videos on there too.

Did anyone else see this tour? John Entwistle on Dreaming from the Waist was unbelievable!
