[Classic_Rock_Forever] Fw: Discharged

They've reduced my Venlafaxine (Antidepressants) from 375mgs to 150mgs daily.  Started on Sodium Valporate (Mood Stabilizers) 1G daily.
 
lt will take some time to see if this is the proper medication for me.
