Judas Priest's 29th tour will be their last. The band will end a 43 year reign as one of heavy metal's heavies with their 2011-12 Epitaph World Tour.

• Speaking of metal, the original Black Sabbath lineup will not be reuniting in 2011, per bassist Geezer Butler. He tells Noisecreep, "The idea of doing another Sabbath tour always comes up. It's just something that's always talked about and there if we want to do it.

• Poet, peace activist and professional hippie Wavy Gravy, who gained infamy as an emcee at Woodstock is the subject of a documentary, Saint Misbehavin' released to theaters this month. Trivia: he was given his name by B.B. King; he once roomed with Bob Dylan; a Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor bears his name.

Rory Gallagher's 17 studio and live releases are now available via digital download. The late Irish guitarist's catalog will be available on CD in 2011.
