Jackie, unless there are presales for season ticket holders or Amex card
holders, the only one for certain is the U2.com presale. For that you have
to be a paid member. It's the best way to get GA tickets, you get the right
to buy 4 tickets for the show with your code.
They usually stagger the sales with the people belonging to the club longer
getting first dibs. On really popular shows like Dublin, the later ones had
trouble getting GA, but I doubt that would be the case in Winnipeg.
With your membership you also get full access to the site which includes
reading the 'diaries' of Willie Williams, the show designer/lighting god as
well as a copy of this years 'gift' which is a CD of songs U2 recorded with
other artists. We don't know what's on it yet.
