So what went sideways during the Stones concert?

 

Nice list, one of the groups that stands out for me is the B-52's, mostly because I finally broke down and picked up a disc of their's recently. I've always liked them when I heard them, but that was just the singles. Excellent songwriting and execution with them.

lets see   wow there are so many   my first was Kiss Alive in about 1975 since then, in no particular order   ZZ Top, several times, the last three, from backstage or stage left Jethro Tull, many times over the years Yes, many times over the years Rolling Stones, unbelievable for the first 15 minutes, then got ugly Elvis Costello and the Attractions Allman Brothers, three or four times, was friends with one of their bass players Blue Oyster Cult, many times over the years Rush, touring 2112 REO Speedwagon (with Richrath) The Police three times, the first time, they were almost unknown, got to see them very up close, fascinating worst concert ever - The GoGos, small bar, when they were first starting out, they were horrendous. If they had been men, they never would have made it out of the garage.
