Okay, just to clear this up a little. There is a spammer/spoofer/a**hole who has been sending messages like this to a bunch of Yahoo groups.

Problem is, he/she/it has somehow assumed the profile of legitimate members of the groups.

To moderate or ban the originator of this type of message, means that the member who is in no way responsible for the message, ends up with that status.

For now I'm just letting this stuff ride,
