Dear friends and colleagues,
 
After a brief period of rest, we've just launched the first part of issue 09 of "Land of winds", the digital magazine on Andean music and culture (http://landofwinds.blogspot.com/). This issue is devoted to the music and culture of Aymara communities of Bolivia.
