Not bad at all.
I'm fine with Country music when it isn't all glossed up and just pop music
with some clown wearing a $300 hat and designer ripped jeans.
Bridges seems to have kept his look from the True Grit remake. Off the
musical topic, but I must say that I quite enjoyed his version of Rooster
Cogburn. I figured that was quite a leap to take on a rather immortal role
of the Duke's.

I listen to a lot of different music and I'm with you ... country is fine when the music is simple, not over produced and the artist is genuine country.
I enjoyed listening to Jeff Bridges and thought he did very well ..... kinda reminds me of Kris Kristofferson in earlier days.
Haven't seen the True Grit remake but will have to now. Taking on a John Wayne role is a big undertaking.
