Hi fellow friends,

Need help & guidance. If anyone has any experience with similar
problem?!?!!?

Due to family member's serious medical situation I will not be able to come
out to Denver. I have 1 RedZone ticket for Denver show.

It is my understanding that I have to be there to pick it up with ID, but
now that is not possible.

Am I out the $ or is there some other option I'm not aware of?

Any ideas/guidance would be so greatly appreciated.
