it's extremely difficult. One of the most impressive displays of musical skill I ever saw, was Sting on the Police's Zenyatta Mondata tour. That guy played reggae bass lines, that are in one time signature and start and end on one set of "beat marks", and sang lead in another time signature that started and ended on another set. Really really impressive. It was like he had two brains.
Maybe thats why he was such an egomaniac.

I had a giant Jimi Hendrix poster, which was a famous one, daylight shot of him, from below, i think taken at the Atlanta Pop Festival, late in his career. I had a Led Zep one, lots of people had it, that was a collage of a bunch of different photos, same style as the one I mentioned in the background of That 70s Show. I had a "famous rock guitarists" poster done by the same people. And a Pink Floyd one, same style, collage.

theres a really nice version of Ben E King's "Stand By Me" that got some airplay and a bunch of cover bands still do it to this day, around here.

which was bullshit and I'm positive Lennon knew it and was yanking Ringo's chain. The only track that can be positively confirmed that Ringo did NOT play on, is Back in the USSR, and the drums are not that spectacular. Macca played most of it and later George and John added "percussion", who knows what that means. Ringo was an excellent drummer, in my opinion, and Macca was not, nor is.
